The Attitudes for Healthy Living Study Group focuses on the Principles of Attitudinal Healing which originated in 1975 under the guidance of Dr. Gerald Jampolsky M.D. The Principles of Attitudinal Healing are spiritual in nature and based on the premise that love is letting go of fear, and that at any given moment we have a choice between peace and conflict. Being students and teachers to each other, group leaders and participants will examine each of the twelve principles and focus our awareness on applying the principles to our daily living. The study group meets once per week for six weeks. We will talk about our understanding of two principles each week and then break into smaller groups to share and listen to each other as we apply the principles to our daily life experiences.
